Mercy Health invites applications for the Director, Medical Workforce Unit. This senior role leads the two-campus MWU, aligning medical workforce strategy with clinical priorities, governance and transformation initiatives.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer, oversee credentialing, onboarding and workforce analytics, and partner with clinical and corporate leaders to ensure sustainable, patient-centred care across Victoria.
