We're looking for an experienced Allied Health or Behaviour Support professional who loves supporting people, developing practitioners and helping teams do their best work.
n
This is an opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role while staying connected to practice through a small clinical caseload.
n
You'll lead a manageable multidisciplinary team and work directly with our Operations Manager, alongside experienced Clinical Leads and Supervisors.
n
You don't need to be the clinical expert in every discipline.
n
We're looking for someone who can lead people, build relationships, solve problems and create an environment where practitioners feel supported to deliver high-quality work.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As Team Leader,



you'll support the day-to-day leadership and performance of a manageable practitioner team.
n
You'll:
n
n
n
Lead, mentor and support Allied Health and Behaviour Support practitioners
n
n
Support practitioner development, wellbeing and performance
n
n
Coordinate caseloads, capacity and referral allocation
n
n
Help remove barriers affecting practitioners or service delivery
n
n
Support quality documentation and service expectations
n
n
Work alongside Clinical Leads and Supervisors on complex clinical matters
n
n
Contribute to quality, continuous improvement and service development
n
n
Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice
n
n
You'll be supported by our Operations Manager, Clinical Leads, Supervisors, Intake, Administration and broader leadership team.
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You may be an experienced:
n
Occupational Therapist | Psychologist | Social Worker | Speech Pathologist | Nurse | Behaviour Support Practitioner
n
You don't necessarily need to already hold a Team Leader title.
n
We'd particularly like to hear from experienced Senior Practitioners who are already mentoring, supervising or supporting others and are ready to take the next step into formal leadership.

You'll ideally bring:
n
n
n
Experience within Allied Health, Behaviour Support, disability or NDIS services
n
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
n
Experience mentoring, supervising or developing practitioners
n
n
Sound professional judgement and a solutions-focused approach
n
n
Confidence balancing people, service and operational priorities
n
n
A genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality and person-centred practice
n
n
Formal leadership experience is highly regarded but isn't essential for the right experienced practitioner.
n
