Ambition Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Bids & Tenders Manager for a leading waste recovery organisation in Western Sydney. You will own end-to-end corporate proposals, panel tenders and business development pitches.

Craft technical responses covering operational methodologies, fleet logistics, and sustainability initiatives, and partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to build pricing models that protect margins and maximise win rates. Office-based with potential for hybrid later.
