What You'll Do: n

You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return.
n
n
Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

nWhat We're Looking For: n

n
A full and valid Australian driver's licence
n
n
Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
n
n
At least 1 year's experience in customer service,



retail or hospitality
n
n
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
n
n
Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
