Expression of Interest (EOI) – Electrical Technician (Maintenance)

Location: Footscray, VIC
n
Downer is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified Electrical Technicians to join our Road Maintenance and ITS team supporting Melbourne's critical transport infrastructure, including CityLink and the West Gate Tunnel.
n
About the Opportunity
n
Based in Footscray, VIC, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault response and asset reliability across a range of electrical systems and infrastructure assets.
n
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with flexibility required to support operational needs which may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
What We're Looking For
n
• Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
n • Experience in electrical maintenance environments
n • Knowledge of HV systems and instrumentation
n • Experience in tunnels, tolling systems, industrial plants or similar infrastructure environments
n • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n • EWP Licence (Boom and/or Scissor Lift)
n • Working at Heights certification




n • Confined Space Entry ticket
n • Open Cabler Registration
n • Current First Aid, CPR and LVR
n • Current Australian Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence
