We're looking for
Replenishment Assistants
to join our team as we prepare to open our exciting current
MECCA Belconnen
store in ACT on a casual basis!
n
If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you. As a Replenishment Assistant, you'll play a vital role in bringing our brand-new store to life by
ensuring our shelves are always beautifully stocked
, our products are presented to the highest standard, and our team has everything they need to create
exceptional customer experiences
from day one.
n
Our MECCA Belconnen store is expected to open towards the end of ****, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.
n
Day-to-day responsibilities:
n
n
n
Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
n
n
Collaborate with the Operations team to keep the store running efficiently and effectively
n
n
Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
n
n
Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
n
n
Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
n
n

Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
n

Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
