Job Description
Swissport in Melbourne seeks an Employee Communications & Engagement Partner to deliver explicit and engaging internal communications across the business. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Relations & HR, you will craft employee communications, engagement plans and workforce messaging for a diverse operational team.

You'll develop content, support union communications and assist with organisational change initiatives, while advising leaders on effective messaging and channels.
