About the Role

Regular manual handling and repetitive movement

Pallet building and movement

Working in chilled and cool room storage areas

Meeting daily dispatch deadlines

Standing and staying physically active throughout your shift

Working as part of a fast-paced team environment

Multiple roster options are available, including: n
n
Monday to Friday
&
Wednesday to Sunday
n
Morning shift - 5:00am – 1:00pm
n
Afternoon shift - 1:00pm – 9:00pm
n
Night shift - 8:00pm – 4:00am
n
Key Responsibilities n
n
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock, pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
n
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
n
Transport incoming raw materials, packaging and finished goods to designated storage areas
n
Safely stack, move and position pallets within warehouse and cool room locations
n
Pick and stage stock for dispatch while ensuring correct quantities and product identification
n
Replenish warehouse locations and maintain accurate stock rotation
n
Assist with loading vehicles and preparing orders for dispatch
n
Maintain safe forklift operating practices around pedestrians,



racking and other equipment
n
Work safely in chilled and cool room environments
n
Keep warehouse and forklift operating areas clean, organised and free from hazards
n
Identify and report damaged stock, pallets, equipment or workplace hazards
n
Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, traffic management and workplace safety procedures
n

Comfortable working in cold and chilled environments

Committed to ongoing work
n
Reliable transport to and from site, as public transport is not available
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Current forklift licence
n
Warehouse experience
n
Dispatch or logistics experience
n
Food manufacturing experience
n
Manufacturing or production experience
n
Inventory or stock management experience
n
Experience working in chilled or cold storage environments
n
