HammondCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time Clinical Partner role covering Penrith, Hawkesbury and Lower Blue Mountains. You will travel between clients' homes to provide tailored home-based nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support older adults in staying independent at home.
