We are currently looking for an experienced
PlastererMulti
to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Mitcham
n
This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with solid plastering, tiling repairsand paintingexperience
n
Key Duties:
n
n
Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
n
Complete painting, tiling, patch repair
n
Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
n
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
n
Strong wet trade and multi-trade skills.
n
Full UK driving licence.
n
n
