We would love you to have: n

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
n
Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
n
Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
n
Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
n
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in workplace
n
Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
A current Qld Blue Card
n
Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
