Key Capabilities
Experience delivering professional data science solutions in an operational environment
Experience in programming for AI and Machine Learning
Experience with SQL, R/Python, and R Shiny Programming
Hands on experience with EDW and cloud environments, ideally GCP
Excellent at managing diverse stakeholder relationships to advance and achieve business objectives
Proficient in statistical analysis
Capable of developing cutting-edge data-driven solutions using advanced analytics methologies
Proven ability to set priorities, monitor progress and ensure the successful delivery of functions and programs
Capable of meeting tight deadlines efficiently




Ability to communicate data analysis to non-technical staff and managers
Ability to promote data literacy through effective communication of data that is aligned with work processes
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-funtional teams and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Ideally, have knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule or the Pharmaceutical Perks Schedule

Essential criteria
1.Demonstrated experience with data analytical platforms such as R Shiny, SAS, Power BI, Qlik
2.Demonstrated experience in programming for AI and Machine Learning
3.Demonstrated experience with EDW and cloud settings, ideally GCP
4.Demonstrated experience with SQL, and R or Python for programming
5.Demonstrated experience delivering professional data science solutions in an operational environment
6.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within team and across various areas of an organisation, manage diverse stakeholder relationships and communicate data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
