Perpetual Corporate Trust, a specialist within the Perpetual Group, seeks a Governance and Oversight Manager to lead regulatory compliance oversight for distributor, advertising and marketing activities. This role focuses on DDO compliance, risk identification and framework governance.

You will collaborate with governance, risk, investment teams and external partners to strengthen oversight and reporting to management, the Compliance Committee and the Board.
