Medacs is partnering with a hospital located two hours from Melbourne. The Nurse Unit Manager - Theatre will lead the Operating Suite, deliver secure and high-quality patient care, and drive service improvement while achieving financial and performance targets.

You will oversee perioperative teams, coordinate recruitment and rostering, manage budget and KPIs, champion risk management and clinical governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
