Job Description

FOOTT is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive the next phase of growth across our business.
n
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will lead a small team while personally managing FOOTT's most significant customer accounts and strategic growth opportunities. This includes builders, waste brokers, major commercial customers, government opportunities, tenders and large project work.
n
This role is different from many traditional sales leadership positions. Our sales team manages much of the day-to-day activity, allowing the Head of Sales to focus on higher-value strategic relationships, commercial opportunities and long-term growth.
About the Role n
You will:
n
Lead FOOTT's sales strategy, performance and growth agenda.
n
Personally manage key strategic customer relationships.
n
Pursue major opportunities including tenders, government contracts and large commercial projects.
n
Build relationships with customers, developers, brokers, industry partners and government stakeholders.
n
Lead commercial negotiations and strategic growth initiatives.
n
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
n




Work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to identify and execute growth opportunities.
About You n
You are an experienced sales, commercial or business development leader who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
Demonstrated success leading sales or commercial teams.
n
Experience managing major customer relationships and strategic accounts.
n
Robust business development and negotiation capability.
n
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
n
Experience with tenders, contracts or major projects.
n
A collaborative leadership style and ability to work across multiple business functions.
n
Industry experience in waste, logistics, construction, infrastructure, industrial services or a related sector will be highly regarded.
Location n
Based anywhere across North East Victoria, with regular time spent at our Shepparton Head Office and travel throughout the region to meet customers and support business growth.
