About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing and managing tailor-made travel experiences while delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
Consulting with clients via phone,
email and face-to-face appointments
Creating customised travel itineraries and holiday packages
Managing bookings and reservations from enquiry to completion
Building strong relationships with new and repeat clients
Delivering premium customer service at every stage of the travel journey
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous travel industry experience
Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred but cross training is provided)
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences
