We're looking for an experienced
Floor & Wall Tiler / Waterproofer
to join our established team on a subcontractor basis, servicing
Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas
.

We are
leaking shower and bathroom rectification specialists
, with the majority of our work carried out in
customers' homes
. Our jobs range from targeted leaking shower repairs and waterproofing through to more extensive bathroom rectification works.

Your Role Will Include n
n
Floor & wall tiling – repairs, replacement and rectification work
n
Leaking shower and bathroom repairs
n
Waterproofing
– preparation and membrane application
n
Grouting, including epoxy grouting, and caulking
n
Screeding and surface preparation
n
Removal and replacement of damaged tiles and substrates
n
Shower screen removal and reinstallation where required
n
Maintaining a clean and professional worksite while working in customers' homes
n
Clear, professional communication with customers and our team
n




Handyman / Carpentry Skills Are a Big Plus n
The ideal applicant will also be comfortable carrying out
minor carpentry and building repairs
, such as:
n
n
Re-sheeting bathroom or shower walls
n
Installing or replacing
fibre cement sheeting
n
Replacing damaged
flooring/substrates
where required
n
Other minor preparation and repair work associated with bathroom rectification
n
n
These skills are
highly regarded but not essential
. If you're an excellent tiler and waterproofer without this experience, we'd still like to hear from you.
What We're Looking For n
n
An experienced, self-motivated tradesperson who can work independently
n
Strong
tiling and waterproofing skills
n
Experience with
repair and rectification work
rather than just recent builds
n
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Good
customer service and communication skills
n
Someone who is comfortable working in
occupied residential homes
n
Respect for customers' properties –
cleanliness, presentation and professionalism are important
n
Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of jobs from start to finish
n
Requirements n

Own tools and reliable vehicle
n
ABN or Pty Ltd setup
n
Current
public liability insurance
n
Appropriate
workers compensation and/or income protection insurance
, where applicable
n
Valid
Construction White Card
n
Wall & Floor Tiling and/or waterproofing qualifications and experience
n
National Police Check
, or willingness to obtain one
n
