With continued growth across the business, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment across a range of nationally recognised high-risk and safety courses. Whether you are already working as a trainer or are an experienced industry professional ready to transition into training, we want to hear from you.

The following courses are currently on scope: n
n
Provide First Aid (HLTAID*********)
n
Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry (CPCCWHS****)
n
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
n
Ensure all training is delivered in line with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
n




Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records
n
Support learners through quality training, assessment and feedback
n
Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice
n
Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home
n
What You'll Need n
n
Competency in at least one of the units listed above
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
or equivalent
n
Demonstrated relevant industry experience, with the ability to show current industry skills and knowledge
n
Experience delivering training in a formal training environment
n
Robust communication, presentation and facilitation skills
n
A professional, reliable and learner-focused approach
n
