In2Surf Surf School is looking for multiple Surf
Coaches/Instructors
to join the team for school surf programs during the upcoming school term. The work involves coaching larger groups of school students alongside a team of surf coaches.
Key responsibilities n

Coach larger groups of school students in surf sessions
n
Work as part of a team of surf coaches
n
Manage students in the water with confidence
n
Provide protected and enjoyable surf experiences
n
Help young people develop confidence and ocean awareness
n
About you n
n
Competent and confident surfers
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Enjoy working with children and teenagers
n
Communicate well and work effectively within a coaching team
n
Have good ocean awareness and surf safety knowledge
n
Positive,



encouraging and confident managing students in the water
n
Previous surf coaching or instructing experience highly regarded
n
Surf coaching qualifications highly regarded
n
First Aid/CPR highly regarded
n
Current Working With Children Check highly regarded
n
