About the Role: n
In this role, you will support the daily operations of the school tuckshop, ensuring students receive fresh, healthy food in a safe and welcoming environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparing and serving food in line with tuckshop standards
n
Processing student orders, including online systems
n
Operating point-of-sale systems
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
n
Assisting with stock, setup, and pack-down
n
Supporting school events and catering as required
n
About You: n
You are a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a busy environment.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Experience in food service or hospitality (desirable, not essential)
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
n
A current Positive Blue Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to learn
n
n
All staff need to be supportive of the values, Christian ethos and Ethical Statement of this Uniting Church day school for girls from EY-12.
