Key responsibilities n

Lawn mowing, edging and blowing
n
Hedging and pruning
n
Weeding and garden clean-ups
n
Plant care and general garden maintenance
n
Soft landscaping - edging, mulching, planting, lawn renovations
n
Using and maintaining commercial gardening equipment
n
Working efficiently as part of a small team
n
Maintaining a high standard of presentation at every property
n
Building positive relationships with our regular clients
n
About you n
n
Minimum of 2 years' skilled garden maintenance experience
n
Strong knowledge of gardening and garden maintenance
n
Takes pride in clean lines, tidy finishes and leaving every site looking its best
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors all day
n
Reliable, punctual and well presented
n
n
Excellent attention to detail
n




Communicates clearly with clients and team members
n
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport
About us n
We're a well-established residential garden maintenance business servicing the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.
n
n
$35–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
n
Monday–Friday with consistent hours
n
Paid fortnightly
n
Company vehicle provided after a 3-month probation period, with all vehicle expenses covered
n
All professional tools and equipment supplied and maintained
n
