Job Description
BlueCare is looking for a Clinical Care Partner to oversee and coordinate complex clinical needs across Bowen, Proserpine and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan and coordinate services to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for aged care clients.

The role requires a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health skilled, and a valid driver's license. You will work on a mobile basis, travelling to client sites daily while delivering compassionate, integrated
