Job Description
Capstone Recruitment seeks a
Development/Project
Manager to lead greenfield development projects in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. You will coordinate external PMs, architects and consultants, ensuring program, budget and quality outcomes while working with senior leadership.

You will support due diligence, assess highest and best use, participate in land acquisition activities and oversee design through to construction with robust focus on delivery and stakeholder communication.
