We're looking for a hands-on Venue Leader to join our Fish Market team in Sydney!

What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead and inspire the team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
n
Take responsibility for daily venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
n
Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
n
Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
n
Monitor and drive key venue KPIs and team performance
n
Ensure the venue looks sharp,



runs safely and delivers a memorable guest experience
n
Build a positive team culture where people feel supported and motivated
n
Work closely with the wider leadership team to achieve venue goals
n
Be hands on in the venue and lead by example, especially during busy periods
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR
n
Strong operational skills, including rostering, stock management and team performance
n
A hands on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and get things done
n
Ability to build a positive team culture and genuinely connect with your people
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different team members
n
Calm under pressure, resilient and able to think on your feet
n
Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
n
