About You

You will bring substantial experience in strategic workforceplanning, organisational development, workforce analytics andorganisational effectiveness within a complex organisation. Confident working with workforce data, you can translate insightsinto practical strategies that support capability,

workforce resilience and organisational performance. Your strong research, problem-solving, communication andstakeholder engagement skills will help you provide trusted advice,influence decision-making and lead organisation-wide
workforceinitiatives.

About the position

Permanent full-time position based in the ToowoombaCBD.

Annual salary range of $128,****** - $144,****** gross perannum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to
*****%superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
n
n
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
Management,Organisational
Psychology, or other related field.
n
Extensive experience in strategic workforce
planning,organisational
development, workforce analytics
and/ororganisational
effectiveness in a complex
organisationalenvironment.
n
Professional certification with the Australian HumanResources Institute (AHRI), or an equivalent
internationallyrecognised
HR professional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM)would be highly desirable.
n
Proven ability to lead and deliver organisational wideprograms.
n
Experience developing, implementing and
evaluatingworkforce
strategies.
n
Alignment with Council's values.
