Pacific International Insurance seeks a commercially astute Head of Business Development to own Australia's strategic BD pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term premium growth for the Group. Reporting to the C-suite, you will lead pitches, set premium targets, and manage the BD-to-partnership handover while representing Pacific at industry events from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
