Project Architect - Multi-res & High-end resi (Revit) n
Join a highly respected design studio delivering some of Australia's most impressive private residences and luxury multi-residential developments. With a team that has doubled in size over recent years, this practice is known for technical excellence, design integrity, and a collaborative culture. They are seeking a capable Project Architect who is still active on the tools in Revit, has a strong design eye and ability to deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Lead projects end-to-end fromdesign through
todetailedconstruction
documentation using Revit across high-end residential,multi-residential & hotel projects, through to delivery
n
Coordinate closely withconsultants and builders to ensure seamless delivery
n
Resolve technical and construction detailing challenges with practical solutions
n
Contribute to drawing accuracy, compliance and buildability across $10m–$100m projects
n
Support project teams across all phases tomaintain programme and quality
n
Skills & Experience: n
n




Masters in Architecture with 8+ years experience in bespoke private and multi-residential sectors
n
Strong proficiency in Revit with proven design, documentation and detailing experience
n
Experience producing high-quality working drawings for residential or complex projects
n
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as lead projects and small teams
n
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and technical excellence
n
