The Leadership Opportunity n
As an
Educational Leader or Lead Educator
, you will play an important role in building a culture of excellence across Kids Club Hamilton.
n
Depending on your role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead and inspire educators to deliver high-quality educational programs

Guide curriculum decision-making in line with the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
n
Mentor and coach educators to strengthen their confidence, knowledge and professional practice

Champion critical reflection and continuous improvement
n
n
Support meaningful documentation, observations and assessment of children's learning
n
n
Create engaging, inclusive and intentional learning environments

Build strong, respectful partnerships with children and families

Support educators to understand and confidently implement the

What We're Looking For n
We're looking for confident, motivated leaders who are passionate about
children, education and developing great teams.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
n
Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification
– or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
n
Strong knowledge of the
EYLF, NQF and NQS
n
n
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring educators
n
n
A strong understanding of curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
n
n
The ability to inspire, coach and support educators to strengthen their practice
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
n
Strong organisation, accountability and initiative
n
n
A genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships with children and families
n
n
A passion for creating engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning environments
n
n
A strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding and supervision responsibilities
n
n
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning
n
Safety & Compliance Requirements n
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain all relevant regulatory requirements for the role, including:

Valid
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
n
Current
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
qualifications
n
n
Sound knowledge of child protection and mandatory reporting responsibilities
n
n
A demonstrated commitment to child-safe practices
n
n
