Job Description
Discovery Parks seeks an experienced Chef for the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre. You will lead a busy commercial kitchen with split shifts for breakfast and dinner, delivering alacarte and buffet dining with solid guest focus.

You will oversee kitchen staff, train team members, develop menus, and liaise with front-of-house to ensure smooth daily service while maintaining high standards and cost efficiency.
