As Account Executive you will play an significant role in the delivery of our Performance with Integrity ambition across your client group. You will work with other members of your team in the creation of market leading ideas for your clients.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee campaign management and post-campaign reporting
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Coach and develop junior team members where relevant
Monitor weekly campaign delivery and report on performance with actionable insights
Conduct competitive analysis and identify innovative opportunities
Work with Account Teams, Specialist Business Units and Strategists to create the Media idea
Assess all communication options via use of all media research tools
Collate data to enable your team to deliver detailed recommendations of the proposed communication strategy
Complete competitive data analysis and uncover innovative insights
Collaborate with and share information with the creative agency partners when required
Respond to clients requests in a timely manner
Grow knowledge of key media tools and systems to assist with best in class plans and trading delivery
What you'll need:
Strong introduction to planning skills across key media channels, specifically offline for this particular client
Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and media partners
Strong attention-to-detail
Familiarity with SMD (Roy Morgan would be a bonus)
High-level presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive approach to all tasks and compliance to deadlines
Demonstrate a passion to do great, innovative work and inspire others




Ability to coach and develop junior team members
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Demonstrated experience within a media agency environment
