Home Caring is seeking an experienced Vietnamese-speaking Case Manager to support clients in the Sydney area. The role combines working from home with community travel and office coordination of administration and events.

You'll work with clients across Aged Care and Disability sectors, ensuring culturally appropriate, person-centred care and compliance with relevant standards. This role requires Vietnamese and English fluency and a compassionate, organized qualified.
