Job Description
Infinite Care Windsor is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Operational team on a full time, site-based basis. You will lead rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts, backfill requests, and partner with our workforce optimisation team to forecast staffing needs and maintain operational stability for residents and families.
