We are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based on the Sunshine Coast with a leading company managing a small team of credit professionals, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.
n
This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
n
Team Leadership:
Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.
n
Operational Direction:
Provide hands‐on management and operational direction to the credit team.
n
Reconciliations & Reporting:




Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
n
Assessment:
full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc.
n
Collections:
Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties
n
Qualifications n
n
Experience:
Solid commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.
n
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
n
Communication:
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
n
AICM Membership preferred
