Job Description
Werribee Bistro in Victoria, Australia is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations on a full time basis. Join a busy kitchen, work alongside the Head Chef, and help deliver a consistently high standard of meals for a bistro and sports bar menu.

You will participate in menu development, manage portion control, and ensure food safety, hygiene and stock rotation. This role requires flexibility for day, night and weekend shifts within a rotating roster.
