EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker supporting our Accommodation SIL Houses across the Central Coast region and our Home & Community program, we are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team.
About the role n
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include:
n
n
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
n
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
n
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
n
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
n
What You'll Bring n
n
A passion for empowering people with disability
n
A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
n
NSW Driver's Licence (minimum of P2 or above)
n
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
n
Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week ******+ hours)
n
Availability across a variety of shift times, including: Early mornings (6am - 9am) Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm) Afternoons & evenings Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
n
The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
