ABOUT THE ROLE n
Reporting to the Associate Director Trades, as the Manager Plumbing & Safety Services your key responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing educational, strategic leadership and development in the operation of vocational education and services within the Plumbing & Safety Services team.
n
Drive the development of innovative delivery models and opportunities to enhance student outcomes and facilitate Chisholm growth and financial performance
n
Deliver practical solutions that drive compliance, risk reduction, and positive business outcomes.
n
Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
n
Champion and support the implementation of Chisholm's new Strategic Plan
n
ABOUT YOU n
You are a proactive and results driven individual who is committed to delivering excellence. A highly motivated and organised individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focused industry. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.




Qualifications required for the role: n
n
Tertiary qualifications in management or a related business portfolio or extensive experience in a related discipline.
n
Certificate IV In Training and Assessment TAE***** or equivalent.
n
Diploma of Vocational Education and Training TAE***** or equivalent.
n
An approved course of adult teacher training accredited at Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 6 or above.
n
