About the Role

You’ll independently manage a paediatric caseload,



delivering assessments, therapy, intervention planning and reports while building solid relationships with children, families and other professionals.

The caseload is predominantly children aged 2.5–13, with a strong focus on autism, neurodivergence, developmental delay, ADHD, sensory regulation, emotional regulation and functional skills.

About You

We’re looking for:
3–5+ years’ paediatric OT experience
Current AHPRA registration
Solid autism/neurodivergent experience
Confidence managing an independent caseload
Solid assessment and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Warm, family-centred approach
Comfortable working independently in the community
Driver’s licence and suitable vehicle
NDIS experience highly regarded
