You will work with a multidisciplinary group to deliver mobility and functional therapy programs, conduct care plan reviews, and provide one-on-one and group-based active ageing activities.

You’ll be supported by a skilled allied health team, with prospects for mentorship, career development, and a adaptable work-life balance.
