Aviagen is seeking an Injury Management & Occupational Health Specialist to lead injury management, workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs across NSW sites including Goulburn, Bowral, Wellington and Wagga Wagga. Based in Goulburn, you’ll support 180–200 employees with independent case management and health initiatives.
You will coordinate health programs, review capacity and job demands, and drive prevention and wellbeing across multiple regional sites.
