Solid BA project experience of delivering regulatory orpolicy-driven change
Robust experience onFrauddesigning processes
Business requirements
Functional requirements
Non-functional and control requirements
Ability to trace regulatory obligations through to operational andsystem impacts;




Solid ability to interpret legislation, rules, and industry codesand identify implications
Confident in challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogicalsolutions
Able to connect dots across customer experience, risk, operations,and technology
High attention to detail without losing sight of broader strategicintent

Domain Knowledge Required
Fraud and scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred)
Experience working with:

Exposure to SPF obligations, industry rules, or codes (highlydesirable)
Background in financial services or banking environments
