We're looking for a Junior Property Manager / Leasing Consultant with real estate experience who is ready to get stuck in, build their skills and be part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
With a local portfolio, supportive leadership and plenty of variety across property management and leasing, this is a role where no two days look the same.

The Role
Working closely with the Director and wider team,



you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of the portfolio, delivering great service to owners and tenants and assisting with leasing. Your responsibilities will include:
Property management administration and ad-hoc day-to-day portfolio support.
Conducting routine, periodic and final inspections, including condition reports.
Assisting with arrears, rent reviews, repairs and maintenance.
Leasing properties, coordinating inspections and supporting the leasing process.
Liaising with owners, tenants, strata, owners corporations and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in real estate accross property management, leasing or administration.
A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
Robust attention to detail and good organisational skills.
A team player who is reliable, loyal and genuinely enjoys working with others.
Someone driven, passionate and keen to learn.
A friendly, bubbly and energetic personality with a great attitude.
