About the Client

Our Client is a leading supplier servicing customers across the industrial and safety sectors. This role provides the opportunity to work within a customer-focused team supporting trade and business customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Internal Sales/Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the below duties:
Manage customer enquiries and provide customer service over the phone
Support sales representatives with customer and sales enquiries
Key and process customer orders accurately
Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer information
Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and information
Assist customers at the trade desk when required

What You Will Need





To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
Current Driver’s Licence
Previous internal sales or customer service experience
Industrial or safety industry experience highly preferred
Experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot highly preferred
Strong communication and data entry skills
