NRMA Parks & Resorts in Yamba is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This full time salaried role reports to the General Manager and sits on the resort’s leadership team.

You'll manage a 7-day operation, work across weekends and holidays, and drive service excellence through coaching, rostering and staff development. Be part of a trusted NRMA group dedicated to guest satisfaction.
