Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Recent Product Development Technologist to lead the end-to-end NPD lifecycle from concept to commercialisation at the Bells Creek facility. You will drive innovative meat protein products through planed trials, ingredient sourcing, benchtop work and sensory evaluation.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Food Sciences (or similar), 1–2 years of R&D; experience in food, HACCP/FSANZ knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication
