THE OPPORTUNITY n
We're looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our People & Culture team.
n
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our travel retail business. You will partner closely with leaders to attract, identify and recruit a diverse range of talent across our stores and Support Office.
n
You will recruit across a broad portfolio of roles, including beauty, sales, luxury goods, liquor, watches, and perfume and cosmetics.
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who understands retail, thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys managing multiple vacancies, priorities and stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining a consistent, compliant and efficient recruitment process.
n You'll be a trusted recruitment partner to our teams, bringing a strong focus on candidate quality, speed to hire and building talent pipelines that support the ongoing needs of our retail workforce.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE n
n
Manage end-to-end recruitment across our stores and Support Office, from role briefing and sourcing through to selection, reference checks and offers.
n
Partner with Store and Support Office leaders to understand workforce needs,



develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver timely recruitment outcomes.
n
Source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews and keep recruitment processes moving efficiently in a fast‐paced retail environment.
n
Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
n
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies, relevant legislation and pre‐employment requirements, while supporting inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
n
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, providing regular weekly and monthly insights on recruitment activity, progress and workforce requirements.
n
Support Talent Acquisition and P&C; initiatives, acting as a cultural ambassador and trusted partner to leaders, including onboarding support as required.
n
ABOUT YOU n
n
Proven experience in high‐volume internal or agency recruitment, ideally within a retail, customer‐centric, and multi‐site environment.
n
Talent Acquisition experience in a fast‐paced workplace, with beauty, luxury retail, travel retail or FMCG experience highly regarded.
n
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the confidence to build effective partnerships and influence leaders at all levels.
n
Excellent communication,



organisation and prioritisation skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
n
Proficient in recruitment technology and sourcing tools, including job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
n
Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded, with a strong retail mindset and the ability to thrive.
