We are currently seeking MULTIPLE experienced
Legal Transcriptionist
to support a high-performing government team. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate recording and transcription of court proceedings.

This position requires strong multitasking capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple live environments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Annotation n
n
Remotely monitor live court proceedings to ensure accurate and continuous audio recording
n
Liaise with Associates and court staff to ensure systems are functioning effectively
n
Annotate and label audio recordings to support transcription processes
n
Maintain oversight of two courtrooms simultaneously
n

Annotate and label audio recordings to support transcription processes

Transcription & Quality Assurance n
n
Transfer speech-to-text outputs into approved Microsoft Word templates
n
Format transcripts in line with required style guidelines
n
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy against audio recordings
n
Identify and correct transcription, formatting, or content errors prior to finalisation
n
About You n
n
Demonstrated experience in legal transcription or a similar environment
n
Robust understanding of court processes and terminology
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to multitask and manage multiple live proceedings concurrently
n
Advanced typing and data entry skills
n
High proficiency in Microsoft Word
n
Strong listening and comprehension skills
n
