Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded national construction company delivering major projects across Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established builder offering a strong project pipeline, experienced leadership and genuine long-term career development.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, your responsibilities will include:
Managing subcontractor and supplier packages
Preparing scopes of work and procurement documentation
Assessing progress claims and processing payments
Managing variations, contractual correspondence and cost reporting
Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance
Assisting with head contract administration
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
Supporting the successful delivery of projects from procurement through to completion
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:




Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian commercial construction industry
Experience working on medium to large-scale building projects
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills
Knowledge of procurement, variations, progress claims and cost reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
Demonstrated employment longevity and a stable career history
