Damoli is a family owned and operated business seeking a motivated Inbound Forklift Sales Consultant to join our Werribee warehouse team, selling Toyota forklifts and attachments — the most respected brand in the industry.

This is a high-performance role with clear KPI targets and a very attractive reward structure. If you hit your KPIs, you will be rewarded well. If you exceed them, you will be rewarded exceptionally well.
The Opportunity n
You will be responsible for generating and converting forklift sales through:
n

Advertising stock on
Facebook Marketplace via the Damoli page
n
Managing and responding to enquiries during and after business hours
n
Proactively generating and nurturing leads
n
Consistent and strategic follow-ups (follow-up discipline is paramount)
n
Building strong customer relationships
n
Closing deals and exceeding monthly KPI targets
n
n
This is not a passive sales role — it requires initiative, urgency, and hunger to win.

What We're Looking For n

Proven
sales experience
(mandatory)
n
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience required
n
B2B sales, industrial equipment, or automotive sales experience preferred
n
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
n
Strong follow-up and closing skills
n
Confidence handling customer enquiries
n
Ability to manage leads after hours when required
n
Professional communication skills
n
Desire to grow in a high-performing team
n
n
Forklift industry experience is NOT required.
We will teach you the product — you bring the sales ability.
