Deliver business analysis across a complex Australian Government digital delivery workplace, defining requirements, improving business processes and engaging diverse stakeholders. This role requires full-time onsite attendance in Canberra.

Full-time onsite – 5 days in office

12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Essential Tasks n
n
Define, manage and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirements.
n
Develop BA artefacts including user stories, BPMN models and business rules.
n
Analyse complex business situations and identify process improvement opportunities.
n
Facilitate stakeholder input, establish requirements baselines and maintain traceability.
n
Key Criteria n
n




Proven business analysis experience with relevant industry certifications.
n
Strong requirements definition, business modelling and process improvement capability.
n
Experience in business situation analysis, consultancy and feasibility assessment.
n
Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills.
