Job Description
Support Network is seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee SIL services, lead quality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across sites in Campbelltown and Penrith with occasional interstate travel.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years with an NDIS provider, solid regulatory knowledge, and experience with PRODA, incident management and NDIS audits. A driverrs license and willingness to travel are required.
